The Mission

More than a shoot.
A movement.

Framing the Moment is a scalable editorial media brand that produces high-fashion, culturally resonant content celebrating the creative professionals of America's most dynamic Black communities — city by city.

Beginning with "Men of the Moment" — our successfully completed Houston pilot featuring local Black male actors — the brand is designed as a franchise model: repeatable installments, expandable to new demographics, and portable to new cities.

Each installment delivers premium editorial portraits valued at $500–$2,000+ to talent at a fraction of market cost, while building an authentic visual archive of Black excellence across America.

Framing the Moment Holdings LLC is co-founded by Ascendant Road Holdings LLC and Damon Hoyle, with Reminiscent Road Media LLC providing production, platform, and licensing services under the formation structure.
